Each Order is re-confirmed from the customer on phone and the desired Product is delivered within 1 - 4 working days. However unforeseen circumstances may occur any time and could delay the delivery. We have the authority to cancel any order without explanation or notice.

Refunds / Exchange / Warranty claims

  1. We give offers you 3 days replacement / Checking warranty on Selected transaction from us, Weather its in manufacturer's warranty or not ! This replacement warranty offers you just to make you satisfied at the time of purchasing or just to put our customer on safe side, Customer can check the product in 3 days which starts from the day of delivery. During this period of warranty if something with the products goes wrong then you can replace your product under below mentioned warranty Terms and Conditions.
  2. Please make sure proper packing of product, to ensure that no damage occurs to product during transit, box of the product must be in the same condition as receive, and box must contain Complete contents as received
  3. This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products will be replaced. This warranty does not extend to accessories. This warranty does not cover LCD and Batteries or any other consumable items.
  4. This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
  5. The warranty will not apply if the factory-applied serial number or seals has been altered or removed from the Product.
  6. The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, miss-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product.
  7. In case of Exchange the customer will bear the shipping cost.
  8. Refund or Exchange process can take up to 7 business days. Please choose a product carefully before you Order, we do not exchange product due to change of mind, We may add, delete or change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
  9. We have a free of charge 3 days replacement policy for all products, this means if the product received is not fully functional, damaged or different from the product ordered, then you can return it and it will be replaced with same product.
  10. Refund or Exchange is only for electrical or mechanical products, there is no refund or excnage on healthcare products.
